Transformation Challenge Complete! Week 12

WEEK 12 FINALE picture of group of Transformers
My "AFTER" picture :)
12 Weeks of intense cardio, weight-training, core training & calorie tracking- I MADE IT! :)
I lost 5 inches off my waist, an inch or two off every other limb, hips etc.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 25 pounds!!!
Ok, so I was not the first prize winner. I actually won 3rd place, but I feel like I accomplished my goals for this challenge, and learned new habits, eating styles, attitudes and exercise methods that I did NOT know 12 weeks ago. Andy told me I was a winner in his book, BEFORE I left for the finale, and that meant the world to me! I know he believes and me, and knows that I am choosing to be an example for my children.

I thank God most of all for His strength and courage to keep going into the gym week after week! There were MANY days I did jumping jacks while whispering, "I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!" over and over! :)
I thank Andy for completely supporting me in not only motivation, but also by getting up early to exercise as well and cheerfully eat low-calorie meals week after week.
I know the kids are too little to know I'm thanking them, but I thank them for being patient with Mommy while I laid on the couch for a few hours after many days at the gym, just trying to recover from the pain of working out.
I thank all of you who have faithfully texted/called/emailed me words of encouragement, scriptures you have claimed for me etc. You have no idea how much your love and support has meant to me!
