Whew! With the cold air we had night this weekend, I brought my fern and other porch plants inside overnight. (I'm NOT complaining though. I LOVE the cold, and I love not needing the air conditioning on) I have never "babied" any plants through the winter before. Andy's grandmother has had the most beautiful geraniums for years, because she brings them in and takes good care of them until late spring the following year. I am going to try that with a couple of my favorite plants this year. Email me with any tips or what your success rate has been in this area.
