Canning (part #2)

The kids and I went to the local farmer's market last week and again today, and got lots of locally grown veggies for canning & freezing. (We also got Amish-made woopie-pies, homemade pretzel & hot sausage!!!) :) I absolutely love using this Roma food juicer for tomatoes and apples. I did all my pasta sauce last week & did pizza sauce today.

I also did salsa, green beans & zucchini & pears, & some corn.
All I have to do is apple pie filling yet for the season.
