My Fitness Pal

If you are looking to a weight-loss program that doesn't break your bank, try My Fitness Pal! It's so easy to set up, and it gives you daily and weekly goals based on your age, weight etc!
A friend just told me about it, and she is doing fabulous- she has recently dropped 3 sizes, almost 7 inches & 23 pounds! Can't fault those results!
