Peppers & Hearts

Andy made pickled chicken hearts today in this huge jar.
 

 

While I stuffed hot peppers with ham & cheese, then added them to olive oil & seasonings!

Oh my stinkin' word...why in the world would you do something like that? Pickled chicken hearts???!!! I literally almost gagged just thinking about it. Who is going to eat that stuff?????
I am assuming that is what was cooking in the pan on the stove. Oh my word...I have to quit thinking about it now. 8-)

Are you guys serious? This stuff is so good. Has anyone ever tasted those pickled sausages in the stores? This is like that! And the peppers are an Italian thing.

You have seriously got to be kidding me!!! I can not even imagine what kind of people eat something like pickled chicken hearts! And no, I don't even feel bad for saying it like this - you have been more than a little unkind to me in recent days. Of course, I'm not holding a grudge...just reminding you.
