Wednesday's Weight Loss Tip

How are ya doing ladies? Drinking water & exercising?
~Tip: Combine housework with exercise. If you feel you are short on time, you do not always need to decide between housework and exercise. When sweeping, turn on some fun music & really get into it by using your arms & legs. When the floor needs washed, use hands & knees instead of a mop for burning more calories (AND a cleaner floor!) Look around you for ways to exercise creatively! NO MORE EXCUSES!
