~Tip:Take advantage of local produce at farmer's markets and fruit & veggie stands. Did you know that supermarket fruits are picked a few weeks before they ripe, which doesn't sound too bad, unless you know that the last few
DAYS of being on the vine/plant, is when fruits get their nutrients. So don't eat "empty" fruits. Buy local and get all of your vitamins and antioxidants while supporting local growers!!!
