Clayton's 2nd Birthday Party

Clayton LOVES all things Thomas the Train!!! Well, this "Thomas" had cousin Jamison inside & was chasing Clayton who seemed amazed that "Thomas" came alive! :)

Clayton's theme was of course "Thomas the Train", but since the party was held at the armory (where Andy works), we also had a "bring your bike" theme, since there was plenty of room to ride. Clayton got this new tricycle from us & he enjoyed learning to ride it!

Clayton had a "Thomas" cake, but most of the kids ate the cupcakes, so we moved the #2 candle to Clayton's "cake".

Butch Newman & Marv Beachel, from our church, do a fantastic job with balloon-art. They made all the kids smile with the dogs, monkeys, flowers, ladybugs & more, all made out of balloons! Clayton got a blue monkey with a banana in a tree!!!

Clayton got SO many wonderful gifts from family & friends! He has been so content since his party, just playing with his new horses, trains, cars, books....

Sadie's Birthmark Update

We had another appointment today (Wednesday)for Sadie's hemangeoma on her nose. The Dermatologist said that it is not growing or obstructing her breathing in any way! He said it really won't start fading any more for another 5 months, give or take, but then it should start to shrink. If there is leftover skin on her nose, we could have it taken care of if need be.

Clayton's "Early" Birthday

Andy's parents had a special little party for Clayton's birthday since they will be in Florida when Clayton turns 2. They had gotten him a Amish-made wooden barn & animals for Christmas, so he was thrilled to get a fold-out fence to "contain" his animals! He also got 3 wooden ducks & more $$ to go in his "kiggy" bank.
